First Car

Hey
I just recently bought my first car. I got a used '05 Saturn Ion. With 45000 miles on it, I got it for $8300. I won't lie, I'm not car savvy, yet, but I've driven a handful of cars in my short day and I liked the way the Ion felt. It seems to get pretty good gas milage which was, obviously, a main feature I was looking for mainly because I do a lot of traveling via car from North Carolina to Georgia. The interior is cleaned up pretty good. I'm getting free front seats because while they were cleaning it up before I drove it off the lot, one of the garage guys tore my seat with something and they, on the spot, said they would order a front seat for me. The only other discrepancy I've found so far is the front right headlamp cover seems to have a leak because moisture stays inside it after I was it or it rains. The brake pedal occaisionally squeaks a bit when I let off it every once in a while.
What do you guys think? Vague question I know but like I said, not very car savvy and hopefully I can pick up a thing or two from someone around here who is.
