any1 havin this prob???

has any1 recently ordered stuff from custommaxima.com? its been 3 weeks since they said they got my money order and still havent gotten shit, they never gave me an order number either, so when i try to get tracking numbers they jus dont answer me. wtf is goin on?

I haven't had that problem with stuff I have ordered from them, It would probably depend on what you order some stuff they don't have in stock all the time.

i got my clear corners from them with no prob, i used credit card then tho too. all i ordered was CAI and reverse indiglo guages

Since auto accersories are a high risk item when it comes to fraud, most shops will use the 'fraud' rules that apply. Namely, that all check and Money Order transactions are held (usually 21 days). They are held to verify funds and make sure noone calls in claiming a bogus payment. They will also hold a CCard transaction if you send your order to a different address than the billing. Ideally, use a credit card and have it sent to the billing address. If you don't have one, ask someone to do it for you, give them the money and have it delivered to thier house.

I had that trouble with some altezza lights but it was because they were out of stock. It seemed like it took forever to get them in, but I did get them and was able to get a tracking number. I just kept emailing greg and he took care of me. I still order from them, good company, great products.

im not knockin their products or anything, and they pretty cools guys, but ive sent a couple of emails and theyve only answered like 2

just wanted every1 to know that i just bought my 95 max gle a couple of months ago for $4900 at a auction an i been loven it ever since. oh yeah let me get to the point. i ordered the diamond cut bumper lights at custommaxima and when i finally got them(3 weeks later) i put them on only to have the side drivers side side piece fall off when i was driving. the good thing is that i emailed greg at custom maxima and was sent out a new pair.this was prob because i said i was missing a piece when i got them, but anyway i got new ones and i just love them. well just thought id write about my experience with you all since this is my first post and first day being a member
