OK guys, I am almost done and the car should be running in a day or two. I forgot a couple things though :). First the back of the head where the intake manifold bolts on has a gasket, well I have a really thin metal gasket but I think there should be another gasket since I cannot imagine that little thing not boost leaking. Also, the first generation intake manifolds do not have that TPS on top of the manifold. My 2G manifold has it but I cannot simply put in on since I must drill. I saw Sphyder had the same problem wiht his 6bolt SBR engine but I never found out how he fixed it.
Also, I am running 2 blow off valves Greddy Type RS on both sides of the intercooler. Its just a test of how it will sound, but any one ever tried this before just for fun ? or will I be the first one to experiment.

About the second part, the dual blow off valves. I can't really remember every seeing it done before. I however don't think It will benefit you any. I could however see it hurting the performance of the car. As I'm sure you know the purpose of a blow off valve is to release pressure from the turbo system and prevent compressor surge, and/or the turbo's compressor wheel from slowing down to much and causing turbo lag. (This is caused by the pressure being forced back towards the turbo and slowing the compressor wheel.)
I could see that two blow off valves may or may not release to much of the air in the system causing a bit more lag in the turbo. And requiring more time for the turbo to spool between shifts.
But all this is speculation, I'd actually like to know the results if and when you test it.

You do not need to use that MDP sensor. You will throw a CEL, but I hope you have DSMlink with that 2.3 l.
You can however run a vacuum line to it and still use it. But either way, you don't need it.
