Trying to pickup another hatch.

Well, this guy who lives next to me has been trying to sell his 91 Si for about 3 weeks now. He is asking $1000, WHen he first listed it, I had him down to $750, But I refuse to pay that much for whats wrong with it.
He curbed the rocker panel, and the bottom of the pass. side door. So the door would need to be replaced, and the rocker panel straightened. Some sideskirts would also cover that up. ;)
The interior is actually pretty good, all except the wear mark on the drivers seat. Thats showing foam now.
Drivers side tail lense is pretty cracked.
Worst of all, the motor smokes something fierce. So the motor would need to be replaced. No biggie there.
But, I am going to call and offer him $400 cash up front, and if he doesnt budge, I will go to $500
Oh, I also saw a pretty clean 90' Si, dropped, exhaust, etc. With what I think is a ZC swap for sale. If anyone is interested, I have his number.
