sluggish

Does anyone know why my truck almost doesn't even run when it gets to about a 1/4 tank of gas? I mean it won't even go past like 30 mph when the gas gauge gets to about 1/4 tank.

sounds to me like the fuel pump might be giving out. When the tank is full it has enough pressure to go but when it starts to get low I bet your fuel pressure drops lower than needed.

i'd say fuel pump also....good luck....
