Air temp mod 15 hp increase?

I've seen some kits for the 300zx, which consist of a resistor that goes on the air temp sensor, to have it give a lower temp reading, thus increasing power (they say15 hp), does someone know if this works?, are there any kit for the max 4th gen?

This question has been asked a few times on the org and the answer is NO. It doesn't gain anything. Don't get the electric supercharger either.
