92 stealth drove fine till one day it turned off

I was driving home is my 92 stealth when the car died. It didnt want to start again, it had oil and everything. The motor still turns over but it has no spark. It has a new cap and rotor, plugs and wires, ignition coil, and battery, but still no spark. I was told it could be either my ignition control module or the engine computer, I dont want to waste 80 bucks on an ICM and it not be that because you cant return them, and I really don't want to buy and engine computer cause those really aren't cheap. Is there any way of testing either of them or could it be something that I am looking past. Any info will help out alot, so please answer quick cause I miss driving my car.

Also are you getting a check engine light?

the check engine light only comes on before I start it but it is never on while I am driving. I only have a sohc
I have everything to make it dohc would it be easier to just to the swap
