Steering Damper?

i have a question on the removal of the stock damper how do you get it off the relay bar in my manual it says to use a puller to remove but no body sells it what would i do to get it off im thinking off trying a propane torche on the stud to see if that will loosen it k thanks

Depending on how it's mounted a ball joint (or similar) fork will work.
