which carbon fiber hood?

which is a better carbon fiber hood....the vis oem style or the fiber images carbon fiber hood. i hear great things about both of them...then again i hear that the fiber images is better quality. My friend says that the vis hood gets "wavy" after a while. i dont know which one to choose. any opinions?? thanks.

Well I should be getting a FI one next week. I guess they don't make them until you order, but I'm not positive. Anyway, I'll let you know how it is when I get it, and I'll post pics too.

I've heard a lot of good things about the Fiber Images hoods, so that's what I'd go with. :)

yeah...i made up my mind...imma get the fiber images. civiclx when you get you cf hood you gotta post some pics. i have to see your car with it on....thanks guys.

No problemo. I think Fiber Images is shipping it out Wednesday to this one motorsports shop. But then the motorsports shop that I ordered it from has to go down to the other shop and pick it up. But hopefully I'll have it on by the weekend. I'm not sure if I'm gonna start showing it anytime soon, but if I do, I may just end up keeping the stock hood on when I drive, and then putting the cf one on for shows. But anyway, I'll get some pics when it comes in:)
