engine swap

i'm swapping out my old blown h23 and in it's place installing a jdm h22a. i've allready bought a new ecu with a spoon program and headers.
my question is can i use my old fuel injectors which are 240cc on the h22 or would 320cc injectors work better. also do i need to upgrade the fuel rail, i remember hearing something like in vtec the engine wouldn't get enough fuel and bog down. thanks
