Instrument cluster LED...or...fuse?

The left side LED's (mainly turn signal) seem to be out. If it was ONE of them, I would assume the LED was out. It is ALL of them though. Is there a fuse for the left side LED's and a fuse for the right side? The lamps for the temp, sped, tach and gas guages are fine (a little dim, but to be expected w/ '99 Cougars).

Any insight?
