03 VW Bettle Convertible

I'm a new user of bettle and had recently imported used VW Bettle 2003 model Cabroilet Japanese (It doesn't with any port that connect with Computer and could tell error code) .. There's no VW dealer in my city There are 4 lights in Speed o meter still ON even my car egine is start those are Airbag , Check engine , (EPC or EPS) and other i don't know what that sign is if u can see this link for screenshot >> http://www.qualitytextile.com/bettle-tac... Running my Bettle for 14 min with 7 km it engine was too hot even after i open car bonut after an hour still the engine was hot is there any serious problem .. please advise!

THose lights are supposed to be on untill the car is started and the computers do there checks. IF the lights are still on after the car is started there is a problem and the codes need to be read.
