2003 and 2004 speedometer for explorer

OK i just got a quick question speedometer for a 2003 and 2004 year old Ford explorer. My dad has a 2004 Ford explorer XLT and he wants to change his spedometer cluster. We found a speedometer for a 2003 Ford Explorer on Ebay. I would like to know if it will fit on our car and if all the wires in the back will match up to the speedometer?
