97 jetta rough start

My jetta has a hard time starting when it gets warm outside, I have to hold down the gas a little to start it and to keep it running. After about 30sec its fine does any body know why? 2.0 5speed

Check the engine bay for proken PCV hoses specifically the one that goes from the valve cover to under the intake and onto the engine block.

is this a multi fuel injection?? some times the butter fly in carb or throtte body gets varnished up..try take carb clearer to buterfly see if it don't look black when it comes out while spraying it..good luck..
