About 7 hours of hitting it from soft to all out slamming it. In between the studs. Heated it.you name it its been done. Ive read every Thread/solution so far. And we've tried ever 1. We've had people passing by try a wack or two. Several people have given us their opinion. If any1 Has a New fix. Hit me back.

Do you know anyone that has a plasma cutter? That is the only way tro get them off by cutting them in half without hurting the wheel bearing.I have seen this happen, they are rusted very badly and this is a common problem even on the trucks

what i did was "borrow" my pnuematic aircraft rivet gun (3x or 4x power) from work and a nice broad flush face rivet set and went to town on my daughters stuck rotor. Hot tip: saturate hub area w/ Liquid Wrench, use something semi hard between the riveting blows and rotor, and concentrate the around the hub. CAUTION: ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES & HEARING PROTECTORS!!!

I'm with the mullet - I'm in a ford dealership myself and do this often - beat and beat and beat some more - if you hit it hard enough - the outter ring will break off and then the center will magicaly come off - always works

It seems like the F-150 from 1997-2003 and the Expedition all have this common issue of the rust build-up making the rotors very hard to remove.
After removing the rotors, clean the rust from the hub and apply some never-seize.
