valve cover torque question

alright i did the valve cover beginning of last summer. it started leaking this last december. i am going back in there today to replace it yet again.
now the kia tech info website says that you should torque the head bolts 35-52 inlbs and i know to install bolts evenly and tighten evenly. but what would be the best torque setting?
