OBDs and horn

Just wondering if the 1991 Dodge Caravan has some sort of OBD connector? I read somewhere that 1996 forward has OBD - II and was wondering if older have anything.
Also, if anyone has any other ideas about our horn problem, please post in that thread asap!

Fault codes on a 91 are read by watching the flashing of the "check engine" light on the dash. Turn the ignition on-off-on-off-on-off and the light will start blinking like morse code. Count the flashes. If you lose count, do it again.
I don't think it has a an ODB II connector.
