So I was sitting in the local hang out parking lot talking to some people when this talon drive by and floors it and poped his bov. I thought, hmm cool, another turbo dsm in town. So a little while later he pulls up next to me and says "Hey, you wanna race me in your neon" (my car is dewinged so it looks even more like a base neon) I kind of gave him a funny look and asked him some simple questions like what year, awd or fwd, 5speed or auto, and mods. Well it was a bone stock 96 awd 5 speed. Then I proceded to tell him that my car was an srt-4 and his face went from a confidant smile to a blank wtf and I doing look. It was pretty funny. So then he askes me what I have done on my car and I said "borla exhaust, stage 2.." He cut me off and said "I have stage 2 to" and points to an ACT sticker on his rear window then he said never mind about the race and drove off.

Srt-4s dont even look like a regular neon. And the FMIC didn't give it away. You should have just smoked him

Its funny because I don't get ricers wanting to race me anymore. Well I did last night, some kid in a mid 90s corolla with a 5" tach. Kid looked 15. I didn't give him the time of day.

But I found out that when people see the SAFC up on the dash, everyone thinks it's turbo, so I don't get nothing but things like heaviy modded cars and Evos and STis. I don't want them, but they want me. Lol. Plus people have seen me smoke some cars around here so I guess they're scared.

I hate people though.

Yeah, for some reason my monster 24x12x4(34"wide if you cound end tanks) polished FMIC didnt give him the hint either, nor did the "srt mopar stage 2" on the deck lid. He must have missed the dual exhaust to. To me a race like that isnt worth the time of day. I know I would walk all over him and he knows it to, plus I'd rather not have any more run-ins with the po po

I'm just saying that guys prolly telling everyone on his forum how an srt4 was scared to race him just like you're sayin the opposite. I know, I know. But still just shut him up for good.

I would have told him it was a base neon with intake and exhaust. Then watched him shit his pants when he lost by a mile. Stupid people need to be put in their place in the car society for not paying attention.
