Wheel Alignment

Anybody having trouble keeping their wheels aligned? I bought my 2001 with CompuTech springs (lowering kit) and have never been able to keep the wheels straight. I have it aligned with every oil change. I've been arguing with the dealer for the past year they finally gave in and installed camber locks on all four wheels (for $600!). I am still having the problem and I am never going back there (Scottsdale Acrua in Scottsdale, AZ).

I don't think I drive over a lot of curbs but clearly something is wrong unless someone tells me, as the dealer pointed out, that the car is much more sentitive with the lowering kit. Are they snowing me?

Acura, by the way, wouldn't do a thing about it even though the dealer sold me the car with it on (they said it was Acura approved - my fault for being stupid). I was so disappointed with them. The car is no fun to drive anymore. Any thoughts?

wow, its really that bad huh, no fun to drive. how far off alignment are you talking about? i would think you'd just need a camber kit, i've had my car lowered with h n rs with no camber kit for over 2 years now and no problems. although my tires wear out hella fast, but hasn't gotten bad enough to where i don't wanna drive it. how do you tell if its off alignment every time? every oil change is overkill for alignment.

Interesting ... You don't think your tires wearing out fast is "no problems?" I guess it's me. My tires haven't worn out because I've spent all my money keeping them aligned. I guess it's new tires versus alignments.
