Problem or Not

Rite now i have 06 nissan sentra se
just bought it last year
I do not know how to explain this
When i first put the car in the drive mode
and then start driving from 0mph....the car starts....and then it switchs into a second gear and so forth...
but shifting from first gear to the second my car clogs for a second ...and then it goes in second gear.....

Does anyone know what could be the problem, or does this have to do anything with the transimmision.

Check your transmission's fluid level once the engine has warmed up, it may be low.
