battery wont charge

Hi i have a 95 lumina apv. My problem is...I changed the trans and now the battery dont charge and the radiator fan dont come on. Everything worked fine with the junk trans in it. I took the alternater to autozone to have it checked and they said it worked perfect. So now what??..lol I cecked all the fuses and none were bad.Could it be a fuseable link on the starter?? I am stumped big time.:banghead:

Ok i found out a few things.. First of all,the alternator is good. When i started it and started removing fuses i found out that the #15 fuse which is the IGN fuse the alternator started work perfect.ok..but now the fan dont. And if thats not bad enough when i turn on the parking or headlights the chime comes on and dont stop till i turn off the lights. Does anybody know what could be wronge with this thing???????

Well after i pulled the IGN fuse the alt started working but not the fan. Today i figured since all this didnt happen till i changed the trans i was going to pull the plug with about 6 wires going to the side of the trans. What does that for anyway? ...now everything works good again but the trans dont act right.
