Tra1000.2

Hi, i was thinking of adding on to my system instead of upgrading and i was thinking of using soundstream tra1000.2 to run 2 dvc4 ohm alpine type r. and i was wondering how close to their rms is soundstream.

now also i was going to mount these in the trunk would 2 12" subs be enough to cirulate air or should i just buy fans.

wait and see what the heat is like before you jump in and get a bunch of fans you don't need

so.... going by your sig, you are going to have two different sets of subs, running off of different amps, tuned to different frequencys, playing the same frequencys? thats a no no.

the type r's might not be ported

still, two different sets playing the same freq?

maybe i dunno i don't have it all yet. besides whats the worse it can sound?

i do, like i might wire in a switch in the remote turn on to turn off the type r's when i want quality so just the se12's will be playing

Thats alot of weight in a any vehicle.

sounds like a lot of stuff in one vehicle, I tried most atuff in my younger years - turns out that less is often more, especially for SQ.

well i want to try new things and why not try to mix re audio with alpine
