Lsd?

Is anybody using a LSD (Quaife for example) on his/ her 5th gen Prelude? What are the pros and cons? Which other parts do I need to install it and use it properly (new clutch?)? How long do you need to install it? Is it worth to install it on a stock (engine) 5th gen? Do I have to adjust it somehow? Is there anything else I should know about it?
Sorry for all the questions but I´m really interested in getting one.

A buddy of min just put one in his 4g vtec, a quaife, with a new flywheel and clutch in anticipation for his new turbo setup. He says it feels damn good. I really don't think you need any other parts than what come with the kit, but if you gottadrop the tranny, why not upgrade clutch/flywheel and save some labor??? If you don't know much tranny stuff, might be wortth letting a shop do it. I'll get you a link on the install
