downpipe ???

well i have the borla set up from cat-back..but i still have the stock downpipe with another car remaining on it..i would like to get a downpipe to remove that cat, so i would only have one left. ( on the rear exhaust manifold ) i thought about headers but to much $$ for right now..anyone no of a good downpipe for a 98 base model...are the base a sl the same set up for downpipes???

No NA DP eliminates the precats. Best bet is to get a 3sx DP, gut the front and rear precats and get 3sx dual o2 sims so you avoid a CEL.

Nope and thats a shitty down pipe too. I wouldnt put that on a shitty ass Civic.

Headers are lik $700+. Then you are going to have to have bungs welded in for the 0s2 because they do not incorporate cali-spec style o2 (read labor charge), and and then you still need to get the o2 sims. You can get the 3sx DP and the 02 sim for under $400.
