92 Chevy 2500 gages/ECM go nuts

92 Chevy C2500
I've got a good one going on. I'll be driving along, my speedo will drop 20 - 30 mph, my brake light will come on, the trans will drop out of O.D. (some times down to 2), and my V gage reads 13-14, but my multi-meter says over 16, and the oil pressure sometimes goes from 35-40 down to 15.
I've cleaned all the grounds I can find, and all my positives are good.
Does anyone have a wiring diagrm for the ECM and body.
