i was just wondering if anyone can give me some hints on as where to start when i build my 1987 bmw e30 race car. there are no limits as to what i will do with this car except money. i was thinking of starting off with a bore out from 2.5 to 2.8 liters. after that i was going to do major engine and suspension modifications such as a highly aggressive cam and race headers. i also want to put in racing pistons, rods, heavy duty valve springs, titanium valves, and 6 individual throttle bodies. i would like to make about 300 horses at 7 to 7.5 thousand rpms. this is going to be a naturaly asperated car for the simple reason that i will need instant power. my next car will have something to do with the super/turbocharged world. any suggestions on what i should do first as well as places around the state of washington that i can go to to buy these mods. i will be doing most of it myself.:smoka:

Maybe you should take the M5 engine, bore it out, throw a hi-po cam in with some new headers and then duck tape a big wing on the back of the car so you have stability when your doing 200mph.
