06 Pontiac Grand Prix program for keyless entry

Can anyone tell me how to program my remote start keyless entry for my 2006 pontiac grand prix. I just bought another one on ebay and I really dont want to have to pay to get it programed:2cents: :shakehead . Thanks!

From what i've herd only the dealer can program the '04 and up remotes. not too sure though...
