Help decide on a flywheel

Hey guys, I'm gonna get a centerforce dual friction clutch for my h22. I wanna get a new flywheel while I'm at it. Any suggestions on what would go with this clutch? I don't wanna go any lighter than about 12lbs. Any input would be great.
