2001 Mustang No start

2001 Mustang V6 3.8 Has spark @ the plug and fuel @ the scrader valve and wont start. Pulled plug after the car had been turned over several time to attempt to start but the plugs were dry no fuel on them like I had expected it to be flooded out from trying to start can anyone help me on were to go next?

did u check the inertia switch in the truck? even though there is fuel at the fuel rail, there might not be enough, also check to see if the theft light is flashing with the ignition on, and maybe just a quick check of the crank sensor, try unplugging it and plugging it back in to make sure it has good connection. can u get a fuel pressure reading?

I'm sure youve checked it multiple times so i doubt the inertia switch is flipped. Also If PATS system is screwy it disables the fuel pump so no go on the theft light. Do you have compression?
