Like the title says, I need replacement o-rings since the olds ones won't hold fuel pressure and are seeping fuel all over the engine. Local GM dealer here can't even find a part number for them. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks.:banghead:

Did you soak them oil before iinstalling?

I didn't install new ones. The o-rings are original. I've had to remove the fuel rail a few times since I've had the car to deal with injector issues and to replace the manifold gaskets. I'm guessing that after all the removals and installations the o-rings have either dried out or I've damaged them somehow. :shakehead

Hmmm... Looks like it could be it. The description says it is for inlet and outlet, but the inlet and outlet are different diameters.:uhoh: However, my old man, the greatest parts guy in the world, found a dorman kit that should work part# 800-060.:)

Go to your local auto parts store and ask for HNBR O-Rings that are compatable with R134A refrigerent. The HNBR material is resistant to just about anything including gasoline. I replaced both sets of O-Rings on the fuel rail on my 00 LeSabre about 4 months ago with HNBR rings and they seem great so far, no leaks. They were extremely frustrating to pick out and replace, required lots of patience and a steady hand. The best part of using HNBR O-Rings is that most auto parts stores stock a large variety of sizes for people doing R12 to R134A A/C conversions, they're typically green or blue in color. If you research the HNBR material you'll find that it outperforms just about every other O-Ring material used, in my opinion, that makes it a perfect choice for just about any application.
