1984 Idle Problems

I have a 1984 2.8 S-10 Blazer. When I start it up cold. It does fine for the first minute. But then you have to keep giving it gas or it'll cut off. After about 10 minutes of running it gets warm and it does fine. Any clue of what would cause this? Thanks for any help.
