getting blown off

don't you just love getting blown off, i mean doesn't it just make you feel important when your plans get cancelled because someone got into an argument. i was supposed to hang out with this girl that i'm friends with, i was really looking foreward to it because i haven't seen her in a while and i really enjoy spending time with her. anyways at about 1am she goes onto msn, sais "i don't think i'm going to be home tomorrow, i just got into a huge fight with my sister and i'm just going to go somewhere to spend the day". i know i'm probably just being selfish, but she'll usually tell me all about crap, sais stuff like "you're the only guy i trust" and all that, so i figure if she actually feels that way, wouldn't spending time with me be a good thing.

anyways i'm just rambling, i'm just in a bad mood, things haven't been going well recently and i was really looking foreward to this and it isn't the first time she's blown me off.

no, i believe the argument is tru, she doesn't get along with her sisters and whatnot, it's just that i'm annoyed that she's blowing me off, it doesn't happen too often, and it's usually because she forgot she had work or something, but it gets tiring after even a few times

That's what you should talk to her about next time you guys are having a good talk. Friends don't do that, at least not on a regular basis.

Women.... Maybe she wants to really bang you, but she knows it, so she stays away on purpose to save on the weirdness of bangin a friend...(except its never 'weird' for a guy)...

Then again, probably not. But she is a woman, therefore crazy, and anyone try to figure her out is also crazy

I hate that shit. When you have plans (whatever they may be) and you are pumped. Then they day comes, and you find out that they have to be cancelled for whatever reason. Its such a major letdown.

But I don't think it has to do with anything type of 'sexual/nonsexual relationship'. I just think she had to cancel for personal reasons. I know it sucks, but I think some of these guys of jumping to conclusions and slap-happy with what most females do, lying and manipulation. I don't think that's the case here. :2cents:

just play those games back at her and she will hate it...she keeps blowing you off because she knows you care and it is building up in you that you just really want to see her. its more of a natural thing that the more you cant have something the more you try to get it. i think she just wants to attention from you and is showing it in that messed up female way

the thing is that i really don't think she's just blowing me off to play those mind games and whatnot. I know this girl, have known her for almost 3 years now, pretty much lived with her for 2, and i'm damn sure she isn't just blowing me off to get attention.

Sounds like a load of bull poo on her part. Like someone already mentioned, when chicks are pissed, the last thing they wanna do is sit around and brood over it. They want someone to blab on about it and get it off their chest. She might be seeing another guy and/or crushing on another guy. Either that or you're just on the "friend ladder", therefor she could give a damn about hanging out with you.
