Engine blows...no warantee

The warantee on my Audio A4 is up and the Engine has blown........
I bought a new enging (used actually) and replaced it myself. Now the fluid pump in the transmission is going. It wines horribly. Looks like another $2,500.
this is an $11,000 car that I still owe $11,800 on, and just put $2,500 into. Is there any way out? Who will buy a car with a whine like this?
Other than fixing this problem and selling the car for a loss of over $5000, does anyone have ideas about what to do?

that sucks..... your warantee expires and your enigine blows!... what happend?
