Move the seat, lumbar support, seatbelt height adjustment, outside mirrors, temperature and radio settings all to your liking and then press and hold the memory button (either Memory 1 or Memory 2) until you hear a couple beeps. Your settings should be memorized for that number. Then, if someone else moves the seat and mirrors around, changes the temperature and the radio in the car, just by pressing the Unlock button on YOUR numbered keyfob (the back should have a "1" or "2", corresponding to Memory 1 and Memory 2), it should move everything back to your settings. Hope this helps...
And by the way, you can set all of your preferences in the Driver Information Center (DIC) for each of the 2 drivers, as well. Those settings will be included in your memory settings for each driver. These personalized settings will tell the car how you want it...e.g. flashing the lights and honking the horn when you lock the car, or just flashing the lights or even nothing at all. The process for these settings is a little more involved. Check your owner's manual for the step-by-step on that. If you don't have the owner's manual, there may be some threads here that go through the steps for you.

Thanks Topher:
That works perfectly, I was thinking there was a set button somewhere that had to be pushed first before pushing the numbered buttons.
