Hey guys,
Im pretty new to this forum, Ive noticed that the posts are for the most part questions on how to make your silverado better not to many problem with the truck.... I was looking on other forums: toyota, dodge, and ford. Most of the posts are about somthing breaking on their truck or its leaking some kind of fluid or their engine or trans is shot after a few years and so on... Im just saying that you hardly hear these horror stories with a silverado, sure they took forever to update the truck, but at least its reliable... I have 53K on my truck and besides that performance knock:grinyes: that we all hear when the engine is cold, I more than happy with my choice i made 5 years ago... Im just pissed I bought a 5 year warranty... If it doesnt have a Bowtie on the grill its just not worth havin.. :screwy:

Question - I see that you have the intercptor gauge - How do you like it??
Was it worth the $$ and how does it perform and how did you mount it?

Glad to hear you've been so happy. The difference here is that we are also enthusiasts. Many of us mod our trucks or just love 'em.
I had a '99 Silverado which I sold back in August. While I had a few small issues, none of it kept me from getting to my destination. My parents have had just about every other brand and never had issues with Chevy's, so now they don't even look elsewhere.

Ive had the gauge for about two weeks now but still havent installed it yet, Im using a auto meter single gauge pod to install it. It doesnt look like im going to be able to install it this weekend either... When I do I will let you know what I think of it.
