high rpms

I have a '93 and '95 E250's with the same problem. They idle at 1500-2000 rpm. The '95 came that way from an auction, the '93 just started doing it. It's been sitting for a couple months...not a good van in the snow.

I've searched for vacuum leaks, but nothing. What else should I try?
