As a personal matter which occurred outside of AF, this has no place on AF's message boards.
That is just not true, they met here and the forum facilitated this trade. And, this is a modelling community, and these forums are specifically for sharing our builds, information and parts. A "head in the sand" attitude isn't going to help anyone. This kind of information is important so other people don't get wrongly done by, and so that members of this forum know to take care when trading with other members of this forum.
As far as I'm concerned, the right thing was done by factually recounting what happened, and naming the member involved.
Here's the original post, for those who don't know what I'm talking about.
Digitalbanzai,
I am very sad that you seem to have abused my generosity and willingness to help.
Many months ago I sent you tires for your 612 to help you out (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=4239506&postcount=11). As you well know, by accident I sent you a mixed set which means that you have 4 useless tires and I also now have 4 useless tires.
We agreed that you would return them to me so that I could set things right and re-send them to you. After several requests by me (the last of which you confirmed Dec 31, 2006), I still have not received anything.
At this point I don't really have any choice but to assume you have decided to just ignore my request and problem.
Since I see from your profile (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/member.php?u=40227) that you still visit AF, I want to let you know that I think your attitude sucks and it is a shame that you didn't have the courtesy to treat me in the same manner I treated you.
I never hesitate to compliment and pass on positive feedback so I don't see why I shouldn't warn other members of unfair behaviour. Hopefully the moderators will see fit to leave this post.
Digitalbanzai, I hope you enjoy your tires and your lop-sided 612 - assuming that you ever finish(ed) it.
Best regards,
Klutz_100

Well before this gets locked again. I would say we need a bad traders thread to go along with the good traders thread.

Dont undermine Ray's authority, or any moderators authority for that matter by posting another thread about a locked thread. Instead PM the appropriate moderator if you need to continue. I agree, the word should be spread about bad traders, but a thread bashing them is not for this forum.
