90 Accord no spark

I have a 1990 Honda Accord, It won't start and the problem is my spark plugs aren't getting any spark. I changed my whole distributor and still no spark. Any other ideas on what could be causing it?

Is the ignition coil getting 12v from the igniton switch? Is the ECU pulsing the igniter? Is the distributor from a junk yard or is it proven to be good? Is the main relay good? There are a lot of tests that need to be done before you can really track down whats causing the problem.
