Mirrors

Ok this is going to sound real dumb i just want to make sure that I'm doing this correctly....
My buddy has a 91 CRX and he got those carbon fiber mirrors with the LED turn signals off ebay and he wants me to help him hook them up....
Now the mirrors just come off with those 3 screws inside the car right?? or is there something else you have to take off for them to come off..

Also with the LEDs to I just wire them up to the existing turn signals in the corner or to something else?? thanks alot!
