O2 & mass air flow sensor

I have a 96 Q45t and when I check the codes it shows that the o2's and mass air flow, can they be cleaned?

MAF can, but don't believe the MAF code until you have replaced the O2 sensors.

Use OEM from www.infinitipartsusa.com or NTK from www.sparklplugs.com but call to verify the part number as the webpage is sometimes wrong.
