I've done all my mods myself up to this point but im not sure if i'm gonna have the skill to install headers myself. Anybody done this themselves? Are they easy to get to or should i just save myself the trouble and get them put on?

Both GTP Dad and I have installed headers. No it is not easy. What do you need to know about it and brand were you considering?

Well, just a how to in general... maybe there is one posted online somewhere, but, if in ur opinion it would be worth the money to have them installed, i might just go that route. I was thinking about the pacesetters from ZZP... i know the stuff about leak troubles but it really isnt in my budget to spend 7 or 8 hundred for SLPs or TOGs if i want to also be able to afford a decent cat-back system.

Here is a link that will give you a good idea. The part about the engine mounts and rocking the engine forward to get clearance is more tedious that it appears. I rented an engine hoist to help out.

Here is a PDF file from SLP.
