Anyone heard of a company called ITM?

I have a timing belt for my mazda BP engine that I got with a full gasket set from ebay. The thing is brand spankin new but is not a genuine mazda belt. Its made by some company called ITM and I can find NOTHING about them anywhere. It dosent even say what country it was made in. The genuine article is 100 bucks from the dealer and I definately need a new one because the one I had has a chunk taken out of every tooth due to a rock getting stuck on one of the gears and notching every tooth on the belt.

Should I use this ITM belt? Has anyone had any experience with them before? I know that this engine is not an interference engine but still... I would rather not break a timing belt.
