gauges

my 91 civic doesnt have a tach or any other interesting gauges or idoit lights for that matter and i was wondering if all of the wiring for these things are hiddin anywhere in the dash. im just askin because i wanted to put a crx dash on the car

a crx dash or guage cluster? well if your looking to just do a guage cluster swap..well you would need a cluster out of a 88-89 if your car was made in 88 or 89..if u have a 90-91..well then u would wanna make sure u get your hands on a 90-91 guage cluster cause there was different wiring configurations for those 2yrs..and yes they can be modified for the opposite yrs but if ur a "idiot" just find urself the right one..as for the crx dash its pretty much a plug n play option..and u can find this dash's real cheap at the junkyard...weel around here neways. but i do recommend the crx dash in ur civi! ya know i juss woke up and prolly didnt word this right lol but im sure u will get the picture:popcorn:

You have a 91 so get a 90-91 gauge cluster out of a civic/crx si and it'll plug right in.

The crx dash is pretty much drop in also, just make sure you use a 90-91 cluster hood with a 90-91 cluster.
