Odometer reprogram ?

The gauge cluster on my 01 Silverado started to bug out a while back with the odometer numbers and needles were all over the place. Dealer confirmed my suspicions that it was the probably a faulty cluster wanted $800 to replace it.

Screw that! I went to the wrecking yard and got one for $35. Only problem is the odometer reads 215k and my truck only has 106k on it. I've seen advertised online people that can reprogram it, but was looking for a less expensive way.
Any thought?
