heavier flywheel

I would like to install a bigger flywheel in my 2006 Silverado, 4.3L, 5spd stick. Does such a thing exist?
Some background: It's like riding a 125 motocrosser - lots of power but you have to scream it and slip the clutch to prevent stalling on takeoff. Some improvement could be obtained with better tuning (the dealer says it's fine) but that is only part of the problem. The flywheel inertia is simply inadequate for my needs.

Probably not, and I don't think this is the way to go here anyway, a taller numerical gear for harder launches would be more appropo. The heavy flywheels were used in drag racing for hard launches with heavy cars using small displacement poor low speed torque engines. The 4.3 is very marginal in the full size truck no matter what.

But the truck is a (relatively) heavy vehicle with a small engine lacking low end torque. Sounds like the same application.
I am not at all interested in performance. It is a work truck. I want to leave the stop light without burning the clutch and avoid wheelspin when taking off in gravel. Increasing flywheel inertia is the only practical means to this end.

Well if you can find one remember it may require engine balancing depending on the type of balance the 4.3 has internal or external, I'd still go with the gearing.
