My Question is, what is the safest way to clean shell dust and leaves from inside of a LS1 engine compartment? So many electrical components might get too much water. And what kind of degreassers should be used? Any key area I should avoid?:banghead:

We spray down the engines with an all purpose cleaner and them power wash it at the detail shop i worked for, we just tried to avoid direct pressure on the alternator and other major electrical looking things, but nothing bad has every happened.
