wants to stall when i let off the break?

i havent really got under the hood to look at this yet but when i hit the break it runs fine no change at all. then when i let off the break it drops to like 100rps and trys to stall. ocationaly it will stall. anyone ever had this problem before? if so what did you do to fix it?

vac leak maybe?
