Hello, My name is Julian Farmer and I am currently deployed to Iraq, but coming home on R&R leave soon to Ft Hood, TX and retrieve my 2003 Eclipse and take it back to Tucson, AZ. My Problem is that my car doesnt move.
The clutch pedal has no resistance what so ever. When the car is off, I am able to put it in gear. When in gear, i turn the key and the engine doesnt start and the car kinda, hops forward. Awkwardly enough, I can start the car in Neutral, but when its on, I cannot put the car in gear. What is worng? Its it my clutch itself or whats up?
If someone can Help Me, it wouldbe greatly appreciated and I could buy them and Operation Iraqui Freedom Shirt in gratitude.
Please help me.
Julian

if the pedal has no feel to it at all It might be a linkage issue. OR like previously stated, your master/slave cylinder is shot or needs bleeding. I doubt it's the actual clutch, sounds more like something fluid.
