1996 4Runner - no wiper/rear window

I've been searching the forums for a few hours and can't seem to find an answer to my problem. I see that 4Runners BEFORE 1996 have a rear wiper/rear window relay set. ---but I can't find an answer for a 1996. My rear window and rear wiper stopped working at the same time. Is this the rear window motor, or is there a relay for both as in the earlier models? - If it's a relay, where is it? I know the motor is in the back hatch, and I think I have to remove the glass to get to it, correct? Anything else to consider? - It's not the switch, and I made sure the wiper blade was seated. --Thanks!

Just guessing here (since I can't access the manuals at work) but I'd bet there is a relay set similar to previous gen Runners. May also be a limit or interlock switch may be bad since both are not working.
