I read this helpline thing and it turns out I pressed cntrl alt and left arrow, so I pressed cntrl alt and the up arrow. Back to normal.

Says not every video card supports it and that it was invented or implemented so programmers can turn their monitor around and read REALLY long code, makes sense. I'm a comp sci major...don't laugh. I knew you'd laugh.

My son was did that to his computer a few times and all I did was go to System Restore, and go back to the last date it saved and went from there. That always solved the problem for me...of course that only works if your computer has System Restore capabilities.
